Future Apple Touch Apps

Apple unveiled tools and technologies that will allow independent software developers to create and sell programs for the iPhone and iPod touch on Thursday based on the company's existing tools for developing Mac software.

A company called play/nyc has already come up with an application concept that illustrates the types of exciting applications we can expect from iPhones and iPods in future.

“Lego Touch” allows one to build their own creations by simply dragging blocks on the touch screen. Users can also save, share and challenge their friends to build-offs.
