The Trunk Club gives men their own live personal shopping assistant via Skype video sessions who try to figure out what kind of clothes they wear, what is lacking in their wardrobe, and what kind of clothes they might be willing to try. Thereafter, the assistants assemble about nine different pieces of apparel which is couriered to the customer. Once the customer gets his selection, another Skype session is set up with the personal assistant. The customer only pays for what he decides to buy is made, with the rest returned to Trunk Club.
